The main page of eDesk Travel is designed to resemble the familiar desktop interface of your daily computer use. On the left side of the screen, you’ll find icons (shortcuts) that provide easy access to various functions of the system. On the right side, widgets are available to help you keep track of your dockets. This user-friendly design ensures that navigating the system is as intuitive as using your own computer desktop. With its straightforward icons and navigation, managing your travel business has never been easier.

Docket is the main window in the eDesk Travel system, encapsulating all features related to passengers, services, and accounting. It is the central hub for managing passenger details and ensuring seamless service delivery.

1. Passenger/Business Clients Management:

2. Service Management:

The report window is divided into two tabs:

  • 1. Documents Tab:This tab displays a comprehensive list of all documents, including invoices, receipts, account balances, and trial balances.
  • 1.Statistics Tab: Here, you can generate detailed reports on various metrics such as supplier performance, services, sales, profits, targets, clerks, and branches.

Additionally, you can always export these reports to Excel or PDF format for further analysis or record-keeping.

Customers: This icon is crucial for effective travel agency management, and the ability to store multiple passport details for each client is invaluable. This feature helps eliminate risks associated with spelling errors or expired passports, ensuring that traveler information is accurate and up-to-date.

Business Clients: This icon helps create detailed profiles for business clients. with all necessary information and can help you keep track of their contact details, including addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses. The business client feature is primarily used for customers with a credit line or flexible payment methods, making accounting processes more straightforward and manageable.(Corporate clients or Agents)

Business Clients Accounting: This icon provides comprehensive accounting management for business clients/agents, handling receipts, invoices, refunds, balances and more.

Suppliers: This icon is a comprehensive database of suppliers within the system. You can specify the default currency for each supplier and set the commission percentage for each service he provides. This functionality helps streamline supplier management and ensures accurate financial tracking and reporting.

Business Clients: This icon helps create detailed profiles for business clients. with all necessary information and can help you keep track of their contact details, including addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses. The business client feature is primarily used for customers with a credit line or flexible payment methods, making accounting processes more straightforward and manageable.(Corporate clients or Agents)

Supplier Accounting: This icon Provides a comprehensive account management card for suppliers, offering a detailed view of all account balances, including debit and credit transactions. It also allows users to perform various accounting operations within the same interface, such as processing payments and managing expenses from the suppliers.

Email: This icon allows you to track emails sent from the system, providing a record of communication and ensuring you can monitor and manage email correspondence effectively.

When cash or checks are sent to the bank, a corresponding bank deposit with the total amount must be recorded to ensure that cash and bank balances remain synchronized.
